The spacious Double Room with Spa Access offered a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the scenery. Impressive cleanliness throughout made the stay more comfortable.
The lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room made late-night cravings inconvenient. Reserved deck chairs by the pool often went unused, limiting access for relaxation after a long day. The room struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, causing some nighttime disturbances from the car park below.

I encountered several frustrating issues. The rooms were too warm, and the lack of proper ventilation made it unpleasant at times. I faced lengthy wait times for lunch, especially when they were short-staffed. when it came to spa access, the cleanliness of the hammam left much to be desired, with an unpleasant smell that detracted from the experience. The pool area was crowded and had limited seating due to reserved chairs, which was a pain after a long day. the food portions were disappointingly small, leaving me wanting more. And why couldn't I get a cup of coffee in my room? It was a hassle to find it elsewhere.

The sauna and pool area were lovely, providing a great place to relax. I found the lunch service a bit slow and the food portions were smaller than expected. I was disappointed by the hammam's smell, which detracted from the overall spa experience.

The pool and spa area were fantastic, providing a big pool to lounge in and a lovely hammam that helped me unwind. I really enjoyed the sauna and the massage treatment, both adding to my relaxation vibe. The only downside was that the lunch service was a bit slow, but it didn't take away from my overall chill experience. 😊

pleasant stay but some improvements needed
The location was very nice with a quiet ambiance and a beautiful view from my window. I enjoyed the spacious pool area and relaxing spa, particularly the hamam which added to the comfort of my stay. The restaurant provided a good quality dinner at a reasonable price, which we appreciated after long days of exploration. We were lucky to enjoy a delightful breakfast with a nice selection that enhanced our mornings.

I loved the spacious Double Room with Spa Access. The private rooftop balcony provided a fantastic view, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The bed was big and comfortable, contributing to restful nights. The hotel’s cleanliness was impressive, with the housekeeping staff doing a great job daily. Breakfast offered a nice selection of food, adding to the enjoyment of my mornings. we faced a few issues. The shower head was positioned low, making it uncomfortable, especially for my boyfriend who is over 6 feet tall. The food portion sizes at the restaurant were disappointing, quite small for what we expected. poolside chairs were reserved with towels and often taken, limiting our options for lounging after sightseeing. Lastly, having no coffee-making facilities in the room made it tough to enjoy a cup whenever we wanted. Still, friendly staff made the experience more pleasant.

This was just a prime choice for a budget stay in Aix-les-Bains with very good value for money. I enjoyed the sauna, which was quite nice but the hammam unfortunately smelled unpleasant. Arrive early to secure poolside chairs before they're all taken.

A Rejuvenating Escape in Aix-les-Bains
Enjoyed a peaceful stay with an inviting spa, although the sauna was a bit crowded during peak hours. Don't miss the warm ambiance by the poolside where I found tranquility. I recommend arriving early to secure seating, especially during busy times.
